What it costs to set up HQ with us.
Prices are published, scope is written down, and we take two build clients at a time. All prices in US dollars.

How does a full build run?
Week 1, audit: we map every tool you run and add ourselves as admin, and you fill in our company-brain questionnaire. Week 2, connect: Shopify, Meta, Klaviyo, Xero, ClickUp and whatever else you use, by API. Week 3, build: your company knowledge filled, your first skills built, and one agent on a real job. Week 4, handover: a hands-on day for the whole team and a plan for month two.
What are the rules?
- You need a paid HQ subscription. Every package runs on HQ.
- Scope in writing. We agree what's in and out before we start.
- Capped hours. Extra work runs on capped hours, and we ask before we go over.
- One owner and admin access on your side. Without that, results don't hold.
- Two build slots at a time. We run a brand too.
How do I pay?
The founder call and the team day are booked and paid online. A full build starts with a short application, then the founder call. Book a full build within 30 days of your founder call and the $500 comes off the build. TODO: confirm pay-at-booking is set up on Cal.com
